# Step 1: Give Claude the setup — Instruction MD

First, run this from the Mac/PC where Claude Code and Multica CLI are installed.

## What to do

1. Open Claude Code.
2. Give Claude this file: https://ydy.au/templates/setup/claude-code-multica-mvp.md
3. Either attach the Markdown file or copy/paste the full contents into Claude.
4. Ask Claude to follow it, starting with prerequisite discovery before changing anything.

## What Claude should do for you

Claude should set up steps 1–5 of the Multica pod:

- check Claude Code and Multica CLI
- find the Multica workspace/runtime
- create the base agents
- create the skills
- assign skills to agents

If Claude gets blocked by login/setup, it should stop and tell you exactly what interactive step is needed.
