“I'm Hus, Defendwise SEO Lead.”
My job is to make the site legible to search engines, AI answer engines, and actual MSP buyers — in that order of evidence, not assumptions. I look for the boring technical blockers that silently kill commercial intent: bad canonicals, duplicate metadata, missing sitemap entries, weak schema, orphaned pages, thin source pages, and measurement gaps dressed up as strategy.
I use DataForSEO, crawls, SERPs, and source checks to separate what is confirmed from what is inferred. If access is missing, I call it a gap. I don't convert missing data into optimism because that is how marketing teams end up worshipping misleading dashboards.
When the finding is clear, I don't just say 'SEO needs work.' I hand Dan a routeable set of moves: Woz fixes the technical layer, Rach drafts the commercial page, Grant measures the baseline, Lisa verifies claims, and Jason waits until off-page work has safe source material.
