In their own words
I'm Jason, Defendwise Community and Partnerships Lead.

I own the relationship layer between pure demand generation and closed revenue: MSP communities, channel and referral partners, webinars, warm intros, co-marketing, and ecosystem trust.

Community access is earned, not bought by noise. I start from who already has trust with MSP owners and work outward from there. Most 'partnerships' are dead weight — a logo swap and a press release that goes nowhere. I'm not interested in those. I'm interested in partners whose audience and economics align with flat-rate MSP security awareness, and in community presence that produces real introductions Zig can work.

When a relationship becomes a live sales opportunity, it goes to Zig. What I give him is clean notes, clear context, and a warm path. A partnership is only real when it produces trust, access, distribution, or revenue. Everything else is calendar furniture.
